Leadership coaching
This would be coaching for people at the highest level in the organisation. Coaching takes them out of the hustle and bustle of their “day to day”, gives them valuable time and space to reflect, to think deeply and strategically about their leadership, their relationships, their behaviour, their motivations and their impact. Typically companies engage coaching at this level, when the leader is someone valuable at risk of being lost or drifting away, to support them to manage change, or when they are newly hired or promoted leaders or CEOs.
Executives and managers
Coaching for performance
At this level, coaching is geared towards developing skills and abilities related to your current and/or future position.
Among them: communication, negotiation, self-management, conflict management, time management, leadership, motivation and team management, decision making, problem analysis, change management, relationship management.
Teams
Coaching for teams
We also offer coaching for teams or groups. Sessions can last from a few hours to full days. Coaching is especially useful for improving group cohesion, identity, communication, team building, goal alignment, project launching, conflict management, brainstorming, motivation, and developing skills and competencies.
"High talents" or key employees
Coaching for the development of potential
Especially aimed at people with high potential in the company who need space and time to develop skills and make the transition to leaders or managers.
Our coaching methodology
In connection with this, we integrated the psychodynamic systems approach, acquired at the British consultancy Tavistock Consulting London (PRO-model), with the cognitive and goal-directed model developed by the International Coaching Federation, ICF (GROW model).
Thus, the coach takes into account the objectives of the company and/or client, plus three levels of analysis:
- First level (P): the uniqueness of the client ‘s person
- Second level (R): the function or role it performs
- Third level (O): the context of the organisation in which it is embedded
Likewise, our coach is familiar with the use of consulting and human resources tools.
