Susana Lugo Ruiz
Susana Lugo Ruiz is a chartered business economist, experienced manager and executive coach in Madrid, with more than 25 years of experience in business and people development. She is also accredited as a psychotherapist. From ToEXECUTIVE, she offers coaching, mentoring and consulting services, aimed at companies, managers and professionals. In addition, aware of the importance of well-being for individuals and organisations nowadays, ToEXECUTIVE has incorporated an innovative executive psychotherapy service, has incorporated an innovative executive psychotherapy service.

Given our dedication to each client and our availability, we do not offer free introductory sessions. We recommend booking an initial consultation (60 min) — €100 + 21% VAT — to discuss your situation and receive a professional assessment tailored to your specific needs. This does not apply to companies or organisations for which an initial consultation is carried out to gather information about their project (briefing).
